People First
Like others in the transport industry, we experienced an increase in turnover and renewed our focus on driver recruitment. Through increased investments into our total rewards program, we saw retention improvements by adjusting compensation in a competitive market as well as increasing eligibility into bonus plans. 2022 was the safest year of operation in the company’s history with a DOT Collision Rate of .18 with no preventable DOT collisions for 20 consecutive months.
